WINSTED –O’BRIEN – Patricia O’Brien, 79, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2021 with her family by her side. She was born on October 31, 1941 in Winsted; the daughter of the late Thomas and Angelina DiVita. Pat is survived by her husband of 33 years, Jack O’Brien who she adored; her daughters, Lori Beecher and husband Scott and Karen Chubbuck; her grandchildren, Frank, Aubrie, Elliot and Abbey and several cousins, step children and step grandchildren. Throughout her life, Pat worked as a Para in the school system, owned and operated a restaurant and the Towne Tavern with Jack. She loved people, children and entertaining. She loved to chat with anyone she met. She enjoyed her gardens, feeding her birds and animals. She also loved travelling and going to Myrtle beach. She always looked forward to spending time with her family and watching her grandchildren play ball.
