Okeechobee – Patricia Box passed peacefully on October 25, 2021. She was born on November 18, 1954, and lived in Okeechobee all her life.
Patti was a devoted wife, mother, and friend. She was a fierce prayer warrior and never hesitated to tell everyone she met about the love of Jesus. Patti was quick to laugh and loved sharing stories with all her friends at The Gun Shop. Her humor, warmth, and compassion will be missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know her.
Patti was preceded in death by her father, Lowie Oaks, and her beloved husband, Paul Box.
She is survived by her daughter, Beth Box Wise (Rocky); mother, Bea Davis (Larry); grandson, Rocky Wise; sister-in-law, Margaret Cable; niece, Lauren Terry Bryant; nephew, Jordan Terry; and sisters, Sharon Waldron and Deana Oaks.
