Patricia Jean Hodges, 84, died of natural causes related to old age on July 3, 2013 in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. She was born in Holdenville, Oklahoma on May 2, 1929. She was preceded in death by her parents Michael J. and Doris J. Wehling, husband Lt. Col. Edward Francis Hodges, son Robert Edward Abel, stepsons Edward Russell (Bud) Hodges, Terry Duane Hodges, brothers, Robert George Wehling, David Michael Wehling, and Michael Eugene Wehling, sisters Rose Mary Wehling, and Regina Rose (Wehling) Weaver.
She married Edward Francis Hodges, who retired June 30, 1970 from the U.S. Air Force as a career officer and combat pilot. Patricia had a long and varied career with the U.S.
She is survived by her sons Stephen Michael Hodges, John (Jack) Preston Hodges, her daughters Elizabeth Jean (Hodges) Vachon, N. Kristen Hodges, Elizabeth (Kitty) Towe, eleven (11) grandchildren, George Edward Vachon, Jamie Alexander Vachon, Claire Thompson Hodges, Stephanie Suzanne Wamsley and Michelle Lee LaFountain, Taja Kirkaldie, Edward Hodges, Duane Hansford, Stephen Hansford, Isreal Perez, Heidi Moore with ten (12) great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Mary L. Wascher.
