Patricia Jean Campbell passed away March 6, 2019 at her son, Robert Townsends, home.
Patricia was born in Detroit, Michigan on December 8, 1942 to Delmer Edward and Veleata (Dibler) Gasser. She came to Alaska in 1968 and raised three children. Patricia had a passion for helping others. She worked in several childcare Facilities for over 25 years, worked as a bus attendant for Laidlaw, and volunteered at Mat-Su Regional Hospital for over 20 years. Patricia made a difference in everyone’s life and she will be extremely missed. She was loved by all. Patricia is preceded in death by her daughter, Dena Jean Townsend.
She is survived by her husband Thomas Campbell; her two sons Robert Townsend and Wyatt Townsend; Three granddaughters; six grandsons; one great granddaughter; and 7 great grandsons.
