Patricia A. Hadad, 80, of Newtown, wife of the late George M. Hadad, died on Sunday, February 27, 2022, at her home.
Mrs. Hadad was born in Danbury, on October 14, 1941, the daughter of the late Eric and Josephine (Morrissey) Ekelund.
The Ekelund family resided in Wilton where Mrs. Hadad attend Wilton schools.
A lifelong area resident, Mrs.

She is survived by a son, David Hadad and his fiancée Donna Bowden of Southbury, a daughter, Michele Hadad of Glen Cove, NY a brother David Ekelund of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, and four grandchildren, Erica Hadad, David Hadad Jr., Matthew Hadad and Michael Hadad and two great-grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Hadad was predeceased by granddaughter Kristi Hadad and a brother Eric Ekelund.
