On Sunday, March 29, 2020, Patricia Clara (Rizzo) Walz, 79, of Glen Burnie, passed away peacefully at home. Patricia was born on October 13, 1940 in Baltimore to the late John and Frances A. (Nedeloff) Rizzo. She had been employed with Sears in Glen Burnie for many years when she was younger. Patricia was a member of the Ferndale Club, Glen Burnie Moose Lodge # 1456, and the Glen Burnie American Legion, Post #40, Women’s Auxiliary. In her spare time, Patricia enjoyed gambling, whether it be at the Horseshoe Casino or going to Atlantic City; watching TV with her family, which usually was the Food Network or Forensic Files; traveling with her late husband, Harry Walz, Sr.
She is survived by her two sons, Harry Walz, Jr. and Don Walz; one granddaughter, Savannah; and one brother, Sam Rizzo.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Walz, Sr.; parents, John and Fran Rizzo; and one sister, Katherine Sykes.
