Mrs. Patricia Austin Morgan, of Charlotte, went home to Jesus on March 18, 2023. Mrs.
Morgan was born in Charlotte, North Carolina to the late Henry Isaac Austin and the late
Mary Belle Davis Austin.
Throughout her life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those
who surrounded her. Her favorite verse was John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that
he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but
have everlasting life.” Mrs. Morgan said this verse was the greatest love story ever told.
Survivors are her beloved husband, Billy W. Morgan of Charlotte, NC, son, Jeffrey
Wayne Morgan of Charlotte, NC, daughter, Wendy Morgan Grier (Michael) of Midland,
NC, and three granddaughters.
