Patricia Jiacoletti, age 87, beloved mother, grandmother and friend, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2020. Patricia was known for her spaghetti sauce, her coffee, and her love for all animals, great and small. 

Patricia was born to Nettie and Bryan Archer, on Sunday, September 18, 1932, in Kemmerer, Wyoming, the second of two children. Patricia and Richard J. Jiacoletti, married Thursday, March 13, 1952, in Tucson, Arizona, where Richard was attending the University of Arizona. Back in Wyoming, Patricia gave birth to Peter in 1952, and Wendy in 1953. After living for a time in Tacoma, Washington, Patricia and Richard returned to Wyoming where they had their third child, Richard Eric in 1956. In the following years, the Jiacoletti’s made their home in parts across the West from the great state of Wyoming to Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA, back to Wyoming, a year in Seattle, WA, back to Wyoming, then Los Alamos, NM, Laramie, WY again, and finally Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1980. 

Patricia is survived by her children, Peter Jiacoletti and wife Debbie, Wendy Jiacoletti, and Richard E. Jiacoletti and partner Bettina Eklund. She is also survived by grandchildren, Devon Hodges and husband Dustin, Dawn Jiacoletti, Richie Jiacoletti, Rachael Jiacoletti, Rebecca Sharp and husband Danny. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren, Dante, Mesa, and Xavi, and one noisy cat, Poopoo. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Nettie and Bryan “Jack” Archer, husband, Richard J. Jiacoletti; and brother, Bryan Archer.
