Patricia Ann Ernspiger Pavey, 86, Anderson, passed away July 7, 2012 at Countryside Manor, after an extended illness.
She was born June 13, 1926 in Evansville, Indiana. She was a 1944 graduate of Evansville Central High School and received her nursing degree from Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. She loved being a homemaker. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene where she was involved in Widows in Action and was known for her encouraging cards and letters. She volunteered for United Cerebral Palsy.
She is survived by her children, Richard Pavey of Columbus, Ohio, Mark Pavey Brenda of Acworth, Georgia, and Mary Ellen Trueblood Tim of Pendleton; siblings, Bettye Kimmel, Joan Ernspiger, Mary Ellen Gulledge Frank and Dick Ernspiger Eole; grandchildren, Allison Grant Matt, Abby Whittington Skyler, Molly Trueblood, Ashley McKinney Andrew, and Samantha Pavey; and four nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John S. Pavey on January 20, 1997; parents, Richard & Ellen Wilhelmus Ernspiger; and son, John Bradley Pavey.
