Patricia Ann Hafer-Lester, 63 of North East, MD, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 30, 2011. She courageously fought a battle with pancreatic cancer. Her determination and unique sense of humor brought joy and hope to all of those that were in her life as she fought this disease. She was truly an inspiration to us all.
Patricia was born in Baltimore, MD, on April 23, 1948. She graduated from The Catholic High School of Baltimore. She later furthered her education by obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware. Her working career was concluded at Chase Manhattan Bank as a senior credit card collector.
Patricia was a multifaceted and talented individual.
Survivors include her husband: Russell Lester, of North East, MD; 3 children: Jeffrey Mark Mosteiko of Baltimore, MD, Wendi Michelle Mosteiko of Catonsville, MD and Robyn Leigh Mosteiko-Jalbert of Nashville, GA; her mother: Virginia Cockey Ulrich of Baltimore, MD; and her grandchildren: Joshua, Sarah, Shannon, Matthew and Madison.
She was preceded in death by her father: Harry G. Ulrich.
