Patricia A. “Patty” Metzger, 60, of Bethlehem died on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013 in the Phoebe Nursing Home, Allentown. She was the wife of Thomas J. Metzger for 38 years. Born in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Janscarics) Coyle. Besides raising her family, she was a LPN at Cedarbrook Fountain Hill and the former Leader Nursing Home. She was a 1970 graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School. She was a member of Notre Dame of Bethlehem Church. Patty was proud of her Irish heritage. Survivors: In addition to her loving husband Tom, are daughter Erin E. Coughlin and husband James; sons Ryan S. Metzger, Adam L. Metzger and partner Daniel A. Buglio, all of Bethlehem; sisters Helen Walker and husband Brian, Barbara Vas and husband George of Bethlehem. She was predeceased by brother Tom.
