Patricia A. Anthrop, 83, of Lafayette, passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 at her home. She was born February 19, 1938, in Lafayette to the late Joseph and Lillian (Miller) Morgan. On October 29, 1954, she married Marvin R. Anthrop in Lafayette and he preceded her in death on April 12, 2008.
Patricia was a member of St Ann’s Catholic Church and enjoyed sewing, baking, gardening and crossword puzzles.
Surviving are her children Peggy L. Anthrop of Lafayette, Donna L. (Michael) Vaughn of Hilton Head, SC, Vicky J. Anthrop of Lafayette, Michael A. (Cherie) Anthrop of Lafayette, grandchildren Tricia Rausch (Matt), Ryan Vaughn (Julie), Jessica Lowe (Mike), Matt Vaughn (Tiffany), Eric Anthrop (Stephanie), Samantha Anthrop, Rachel Linder (Ryan) and 18 great grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters Etta Noriega of Indianapolis and Mildred “Mickey” Shoaf of Lafayette. Patricia was preceded in death by her grandson Joshua S. Martin, siblings Alberta Emery, Mary Anthrop and Joseph Morgan.
