Pate William “Bill” Flowers Jr., 65, of Jacksonville, died Monday, June 5, 2017, at his home.
He was born April 28, 1952, in Clarksdale, Mississippi, the son of Pate and Muzter Hemphill Flowers.
He is survived by two brothers and five sisters, John Flowers of San Diego, CA, Veda Flowers of Decatur, Rudolph (wife, Earlie) Flowers, Josie Robinson and Julieus (husband, Ernest) Johnson, all of Gary, IN, Rubenia Ellis of Lanham, MD, and Icora Miller of Chicago; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and six brothers, McArthur “Mac” Flowers, McCristian “M.C.” Flowers, Ulysses Flowers, Romancy Flowers, Pavie Seals and James Seals.
