Our beloved Pat passed away very suddenly at a local hospital on August 22nd at the age of 70. She was born on March 22, 1947 in Boise, Idaho. Pat was the oldest daughter of Betty and Percy
Yates. After many moves as a young child she ended her high school years at Borah High School in 1965.
She is survived by her husband Andy Morgan, son Rob Everett, and sister Pam Barnett and Rob Barnett, and John Morgan. Pat loved and immensely enjoyed her two grandchildren Hailey and Maxwell Everett. She also leaves behind numerous cousins.
Pat is preceded in death by her son Rick Everett, parents Percy and Betty Yates, and brothersDon and Brad Yates.
Pat was a successful Real Estate Agent while in Idaho. She and Andy moved to California where she worked as an HOA Property Manager. Always having high standards and plenty of energy, she enjoyed a very successful career. During their 30 years in Sacramento, Pat and Andy established wonderful friendships and loved to take time to travel. Some favorite places were Bermuda, Central America, and Mexico. Pat’s latest trip was just a year ago to Japan.
Everyone knowing Pat realized her love for her beloved pets. Specifically her dogs Beauford, Riley and Hank. She was an accomplished quilter and a wonderful cook and homemaker. She
also enjoyed reading, gardening, and lately playing mahjong with her friends.
Pat and Andy were very dedicated and loving to one another. Together they made the decision to move back to Boise for their retirement years. Returning in 2011, they were wonderful hosts
to family and friends.
