Pastor Bill Russell, 91, of Nampa, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022 at his home in Nampa.
Bill Russell was born on April 23, 1930 in Bend, Oregon where he lived for 25 years. He and his wife, Connie were converted to Jesus Christ at the age of 29 and were called into full time Christian ministry at the age of 30. Bill enrolled at NNC in 1966 and was ordained in 1970.
Bill is survived by his wife, Connie Russell, Nampa; their four daughters including Rhonda’s husband, Larry Davis who was like a son to Bill, plus many family members whom he loved and prayed for.
