Pankaj “P.K.†Patel, 48, of 239 Knottingham Way, Danville, Va. died Sun. Apr. 10, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Patel was born Aug. 12, 1962 in India, and later became a U.S. citizen. He was the son of Shantaben Patel and Kantilal Patel. He was married to Alka Patel of the residence. He was of the Hindu faith. He was the former owner and operator of the Stratford Inn and Conference Center, Danville. In addition to his wife and parents, he is also survived by two daughters, Roshni P. Patel and Sonal P. Patel, both of Danville, and two brothers, Kiron K. Patel of Charlotte, NC and Dilip K. Patel of Thomasville, NC.
