Pamela Renee DeLeau, 56, passed away August 26, 2014 in Canon City, CO. She was born in Canon City on September 6, 1957 to Nile E. and Margie M. (Weeks) McBride. On June 28, 1998, Pamela was united in marriage to John DeLeau in Canon City. A LPN, she loved nursing and for 35 years she worked at Progressive Care Center. Pam also loved the outdoors where she spent time camping and fishing with her family. She enjoyed cake decorating, especially wedding and birthday cakes. Pamela is survived by her husband, John; children, Angela McBride (Shad), Jason DeLeau, and Sarah Garrett; grandchildren, Christian McBride, Donovan McBride-Smith, Kayleigh Garrett, and Gavin Garrett; sisters, Michelle McBride and Shari (Virgil) Fontenot; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Roberta DeLeau; and brothers-in-law, David DeLeau, Larry Deleau, and Daniel DeLeau and his wife Lorinda and their daughter Salem. She was preceded in death by her parents.
