Pamela (Chase) Riggin was born to Robert Chase and Dorothy Maurer in Rapid City, South Dakota in 1954. Her family moved often during her youth until they settled in Great Falls, MT when Pam was 12 years old. She met Bob Riggin, the love of her life, in high school and they married in 1970.
