Owen Chauncey Payne
Palmyra – Owen C. Payne, 52 died March 26, 2002 at his home in the loving care of his family.

Owen was born the son of Robert and Kathleen Zartman Payne on August 4, 1949 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He worked for Alpco Recycle as a driver for many years. Owen was a past member of the Wayne County Motorcycle Club and served as a District 4 President for two years. He and his wife rode a Goldwing bike to Nova Scotia in 1996.
Owen is survived by his loving and devoted wife Paula (Nussbaumer) Payne; daughter Adrienne Payne of Palmyra; step-son Jason Tyler of Palmyra; step-daughter Tia Tyler of Syracuse; sister Sue Zartman of Rochester; nephew Tommy and nieces Kelly; mother-in-law Ethel Nussbaumer.
