Oweda Sampsel 81, of Cottonwood Arizona, went home to be with our Heavenly Father on July 17, 2020. Oweda was born in Gainesville Georgia on May 5, 1939, one of 10 children, of the late Ralph and Nora Miller.
Oweda is survived by her daughter Lisa (Jack) Gray, grandchildren, Ellanor Lee Gray and Dylan Lee Gene Sampsel and her siblings Therman Miller and Caroline Lynch, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Oweda was a loving caring person that always jumped in to help out someone in need. She was pure of mind and body and always strived to set a good example. She loved to pose for pictures, which generally included one hand on her hip and the other in the air. Oweda was an awesome mom and grandma and she will be greatly missed.
