Survivors include his wife, Claudette Elkins; sons, Randy Elkins, Chattanooga, Chris Elkins, Steve Elkins, Mark Elkins; brother, Hershell Elkins, all of Ft. Oglethorpe; daughters in law, Barbara Elkins, Diedra Elkins, Michelle Worthington; grandchildren, Tommy Elkins, Ashley Elkins, Tiffany Elkins; great grandchildren, Donavan, Sammy, and Trey Elkins.
