Oscar S Hilliard, age 87, died on February 7, 2007. Mr. Hilliard was the Chief Executive Officer of Hutcheson Medical Center from the time prior to it opening in 1952 until 1982 and a past president of both the Southeastern Hospital Conference and the Georgia Hospital Association.
