Cherished grandfather of six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Dear brother of Grace Martinez and Beatrice Zuniga. Preceded in death by his parents, Augustine and Ruperta Garcia.
Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Oscar will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.
