Omra A. Decker, 80, of Wilburn, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2015 at his home surrounded by family. He was born December 31, 1934 to Isaac and Ellen Decker in Tyler, Arkansas. Omra was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Alvin Decker; sister, Donlee Litaker; four step-brothers; and two step-sisters.
Omar’s survivors include his wife, Anita Sue Decker; daughter, Karla (James) Betz; grandchildren: Donna Sue Betz and Nicholas Betz; one great-granddaughter, Cordelia Betz; sister, Addie Lee Brecisa; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
