Olivia Annette Stefanovic, 25, of Boca Raton passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
Olivia was born in Lake Forest, Illinois on a Friday, November 15, 1996. She was a Scorpio which has traits of deep and emotional intensity. That was Olivia going back to her early days as a youth. The dial was always on full. She loved to smile with an intense glow. Olivia was a sweet, compassionate and generous soul. She loved her family and started a family tradition at Thanksgiving asking everyone what they were thankful for. She was fun-loving, daring, adventurous, loved rollercoasters, and skateboarding. She surfed and boogie-boarded the beautiful Florida beaches. She loved the ocean. She believed in justice and was passionate for those who struggled. She was always for the “little guy” and stood her ground. She was a courageous young woman.
She was a gifted artist, attending the prestigious Bak Middle School of the Arts, Dreyfoos High School of the Arts and The Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. She was an equally gifted musician, playing the guitar, piano and banjo. When she was 10 years old, she gave her first guitar concert, playing Kansas’ Dust in the Wind. She wrote songs and sang for her family and friends and local venues in town. She had an in-depth knowledge of music. Her favorite music band was the Who, but she also loved Bob Dylan and Modest Mouse. She was a talented interpreter of Irish music like the Dubliners, and The Clancy brothers. She was also an accomplished blue grass musician, and taught her friends to play guitar and banjo, later forming a blue grass school band.
