She was preceded in death by her daughter: Joyce Oleta Burke Tadlock Luxich; Brothers: Joe Carter, Albert Carter & Edward Carter; Sisters: Beatrice Carter, Jesse Jones, & Clara Carter
Oleta was a loving wife for 21 years to her husband Willie Garland (Shorty) Burke & to the late William Dennis Fields
