Okey Samuel Snyder, 64 of Bridgeport, passed away at the Rosewood Center in Grafton, WV. He was born in Frankfort, Germany on December 17, 1957, the son of the late Leonard and Luella Matheny Snyder. Okey graduated from South Harrison High School, Class of 1976. He served his country in the United States Navy. He was self-employed as a carpenter. He enjoyed fishing and could build and fix anything. He is survived by his daughter, Brandi Snyder; siblings, Carmen Nadine Snyder Robinson, Bridgeport, Steve Minor Snyder and wife Janet, Washington, PA, and Lavern Dye, Clarksburg; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Okey was preceded in death by his wife, Vickie Snyder; siblings, William Snyder, Patricia Snyder, and Michael Snyder.
