William Martin Marcee, age 78, of Arnold, MO passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at Benchmark Nursing Center in Festus, MO. He was born October 26, 1937 in Cuba, MO to Charles Herman Marcee and Tilley Marie Hopple Marcee. He was united in marriage to Evelyn Louise Bowman on July 18, 1964 in Grubbville, MO and to this union four children were born.
William had worked as an auto mechanic for Southside Auto Body and Glass. He enjoyed fishing, camping and working on cars.
He is survived by his son, Joseph Marcee and wife Leona of DeSota, MO; three daughters, BettyAbberly of Denver, CO, Mary Marcee of Denver, CO and Norma Lentner and husband Michael of Gary, IN; eleven grandchildren, William, Wayne, Patricia, Anthony, Jacqueline, Ashley, Mike Jr., Stephen, Natashia, Christina and Michelle; three great-grandchildren, Seleena, Lyndon and Owen; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Bob, Clarence and Charles Marcee; and three sisters, Catherine Chandler, Bonnie Wallace and Stella King.
