William Arthur Graham “Bill” was born in Laporte County, Indiana on June 11, 1950 to his parents, Elery and Wilma Graham. William started to have unexpected health issues on Monday October 3rd and passed away with his family by his side October 7, 2022.
William was very proud of his family and often times shared stories with coworkers. He was a talented carpenter and enjoyed making things for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His grandchildren described him as a family oriented man, silly, funny, kind-hearted, caring, dependable, faithful and made holidays so special.
William served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Mechanic from 1969-1975. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elery and Wilma Graham; his sister, Myrtle Grace Graham; and Mother and Father in-law, Carl and Helen Snyder.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Graham of Lyons; Children: Scott & Shannon (Mier) Graham of Ionia, Brett and Dia (Barber) Graham of Orleans, Tammy and Dane Thelen of Westphalia; Grandchildren: William Graham, Kayla Graham, Tyler Graham, Brettany (Graham) Arambula, Megan Graham, Natalie Graham, Kendall and Carmen Thelen; and seven great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will be celebrating the life of William Arthur Graham on October 15, 2022 at Ionia Moose Lodge from 2pm-6pm. Military Honors will be provided at 3:00 p.m.
