Portland – Wilford H. Graham, “Billy”, Died suddenly at a Portland Hospital on June 7, 2013. He was born on July 9, 1947, the son of Wilford D. and Virginia (Hughes) Graham.
He held several jobs though out his life including working at UNUM as a computer analyst and a laborer at Keeley’s Construction. He became an independent building contractor and worked with his own roofing business. Billy also served in the U.S. Army as a Private 1st Class Infantry man and was stationed in Germany from 1964 to 1967.
During his high school years, Billy was involved in Track and Field and won several trophies. He liked playing chess. He had his own wood working shop where he continually created detailed furniture in his spare time. He loved dancing with Mary. Most of all he loved playing ball with his two dogs and always had a cup of coffee in his hand. Billy will be missed by those who loved him.
Billy is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Mary Graham, of Portland and seven children, including, two step sons Tim and Jay.
