Later, Vie moved to Bloomington, MN, where she was a secretary at Viking & Rosemont Engineering. Upon retiring, Vie moved to Escondido, CA, and lived there for five years enjoying the year-round sunshine. She then moved to Grand Forks, ND and Argyle, MN, to be closer to her family.
Vie loved to travel and made vacations to Bermuda, Interlochen, MI, and Mississippi. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, golfing, and bird watching.
