Thomas E. Belen, 80, of Westphalia, passed away on November 28, 2016.
Thomas was born on May 2, 1936 in Westphalia, MI, the son of Norbert and Marian (Wieber) Belen. Tom retired from General Motors Fisher Body Division after 35 years. Tom belonged to the Catholic Order of Foresters and was the proud father of six children and 3 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Anita (Rademacher) Belen; their children, Steve Belen, David Belen, and Jacqueline Belen Lake. He was also husband to the late Vera (Smart) Belen.
Surviving are his three sons, Michael (Tracy) Belen, Jeffrey Belen, and Thomas M. Belen; grandchildren, Corey Belen, Sean Belen, and Meagan Belen; sister, Karen Thelen of Westphalia; and brother, Timothy (Judie) Belen of Westphalia.
