Stephen L. Gaskell, 64, of Gaithersburg, MD passed away on December 6, 2013. Son of David Gaskell and the late Gladys Small Gaskell. Survived by his wife, Luz Gaskell, as well as three children; Ryan Lee Gaskell of Damascus, Rebecca Dimmerling of Clarksburg, and Andrew Gaskell of Gaithersburg. Also survived by four grandchildren, two sisters, Wendy Mangin of Indiana, Susan Jones of Kansas, and a brother, Rob Gaskell of Kansas.
