Shirley Mae Wood, 79, of Greenville, MO, peacefully passed away Thursday, July 7, 2022, at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Taskee, MO, August 10, 1942, to parents, Lee “Roy” Willard, and Hasseltine (Collins) Willard.
Shirley was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She married Robert “Leon” Wood, August 20, 1960, and they were blessed with two children.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother: Larry Willard.
Shirley is survived by her loving husband of sixty-one years; children: Connie Gasko and husband Bob of St. Louis, Steve Wood and wife Pamela of O’Fallon, MO; grandchild: Dustin Wood and his fiancé Katie Fozzard; great-grandchild: Greyson Wood; great-step grandchildren: Devin and Lily Arias . Shirley will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
