Robert “Bob” Earl Sullivan of Steelville, MO passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, MO at the age of 85 years, 1 month and 18 days. He was born December 6, 1926 in St. Louis, MO to Earl R. Sullivan and Sylvia Isabelle Matthews Sullivan.
Bob grew up in the Tower Grove Park area of St. Louis.
Bob always enjoyed taking rides with his friends and going out for a hamburger. He attended Center Ridge Pentecostal Church and loved all of his friends there who became his family. He will be missed by the congregation and all of his friends at the Missouri Veterans Home in St. James.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister Marian Sue Brown and husband LeRoy.
He is survived by his friends, Bob and Carol Coleman, Dwight and Betty Brown, Pastor’s Harrison and Shirley Brown all of Cherryville, MO; the congregation of Center Ridge Pentecostal Church; nieces, nephews; other relatives; and friends.
Honored to be casket bearers were Dwight Brown, Kevin Brown, Dwayne Brown, Josh Coleman, Bob Coleman and Paul Johnston.
