Richard Thomas Bohnenkamp, 74, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2009 at his home in Cherryville, MO. He was born September 22, 1935 in St. Louis, MO to Elmer and Jean Bohnenkamp. On September 14, 1982, he was united in marriage to Dorothy (Dottie) Townsley in Cherryville, MO. Dottie survives at their home.
He is also survived by three sons, Dan Bohnenkamp of St. Charles, MO, Mike Bohnenkamp of O’Fallon, MO and Mark Evans and wife Rosa of Rolla, MO; one daughter, Diana Lea and husband Rick of Cuba, MO; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Richard was a firefighter in the city of St. Louis and retired in August of 1986 after twenty-six years.
