Patricia Juliana Ellis nee Tulips passed away on December 11, 2018 at the age of 68. She was the beloved wife of the late Frederick Ellis; She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Dan) Staggs of Wentzville, MO; two sisters, Anne Docherty, Margaret McGuigan; Grandsons, Daniel Staggs and Sean Staggs; numerous, nieces and nephews; She is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Tulips, mother, Annie Tulips, husband, Frederick Ellis, granddaughter, Josephine. Patricia is now in heaven with her beloved husband Frederick and granddaughter Josephine. She was a nurse midwife from Scotland. Patricia was a wonderful woman with a kind heart who cared for many and touched so many lives. She will always be remembered for her great sense of humor and wit. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
