Norma J. “Nep” Hoer passed away on November 23, 2018 at the age of 83. She was the beloved wife of Ralph Hoer of Innsbrook, Missouri; She is survived by her four sons, Mark Hoer, Timothy Hoer, Daniel Hoer, Michael Hoer; daughter, Kathryn (Walter “Trip”) Scroggs Nee Hoer; three granddaughters, Melissa (Eric) Scroggs-Schmeck, Jennifer Scroggs, Alexis Scroggs; two grandsons, Alex (Jess) Hoer, Jordan Hoer; two great-grandsons, Hayden Bright, Oscar Scroggs-Shmeck; two great-granddaughters, Alaina Bright, Celia Corona; She is preceded in death by her father, William Shire, Georgia Shire nee Roberts, sister, Billie Mae Maxwell, brother, Mike Shire. Norma “Nep” and Ralph were married on June 23, 1956 celebrating 62 years of marriage. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
