Myrtle Margaret Rinehart of St. James, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at the Golden Living Center in St. James, Missouri. Myrtle Rinehart was 81 years and 16 days of age.

Myrtle Rinehart was born on June 28, 1929 at Safe, Missouri to her parents: Jasper and Violet (Tipton) Copeland. Myrtle was united in marriage to George Milton Rinehart on July 3, 1947 at St. James Christian Church. To this union four daughters were born.

Myrtle Rinehart worked at the Rolla Shoe Factory, then later retired after 22 years of work at the Missouri Veteran’s Home in St. James, Mo. She enjoyed playing Bingo at the Golden Living Center, plus watching games shows on TV and cooking. Most of all, she enjoyed the company of family and friends.

Myrtle Rinehart is survived by two daughters: Kathy Meziere and husband Ron of Manhatten, Kansas and Linda Watson of St. James, Missouri; one sister: Betty Huges and husband Winston of St. James, Missouri; two son-in-laws: Wilbur Weaver of Troy, Missouri; and Arthur Gregory of Steelville, Missouri; one sister-in -law: Katherine Copeland of Rolla, Missouri and one uncle: Leroy Tipton of Vichy, Missouri; along with nine grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson; plus many nieces and nephews. Myrtle will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Myrtle Rinehart is preceaded in death by her parents Jasper and Violet Copeland, her loving husband George, two daughters: Peggy Weaver and LaDonna Gregory, two brothers, Raymond and Bernard Copeland, and one sister Fern Hogan, and one son-in-law, James Watson.
