Muriel Mingo of St. James passed away in St. Louis, Mo. Friday OCtober 27, 2006. She was 84 years of age.
Muriel Mingo was born OCtober 4, 1922 at Beviere, Mo., the daughter of the late Robert and Mabel Emmons Oberton.
On October 1, 1942, she was united in marriage to Anthony S. Mingo. He survives at the family home.
She is preceaded in death by hur parents, one brother Lloyd Overton and two sisters Mary Tessaro and Dorothy Overton.
Muriel is survived by her husband of 64 years, one son: Robin Mingo and his wife Pam of Covington, LA; Daughters: Clorinda Mingo of St. Louis, Glenda Morrison and her husband Bob of St. Louis, Karen Prebinca and husband Ron of St. Louis, Toni Moody and husband Duane of St. Louis and Tina Newhause and husband Gary of St. Louis. Along with one sister Ruth Goodman and husband Gary of Belle, Mo. and 14 grandhchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
