Survived by two children, Bonnie A. Frazier of Hagerstown, MD and Thomas E. Nichols II of Frederick, MD. Also survived by five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Shirley Kemp of California and Pat Simpson of Virginia.
