Obituary
Marian Louise Watson of Ballwin, Missouri entered into rest Thursday, August 23, 2018. Marian was born in St. Louis, Missouri, January 9, 1946 to Samuel T. and Frances Watson-Kuhl nee Bowers. Marian graduated from Webster Groves High School and Central Methodist College in Fayette, Missouri. She received her Master’s Degree from Webster University. She taught elementary school in the Pattonville School District for 31 years and was President of the Teachers Union. With each classroom, she gained the respect of the children and love of her fellow teachers and kept them as friends for life. Marian’s passion for life centered around her family and tremendous group of friends. She was an avid reader, traveler and hostess extraordinaire. Marian is survived by her sister, Shirley Kruse (Larry); Nephews, Nicholas W. Kruse (Mariamalia) and Adam W. Kruse (Molly); great-nephew, Lucas Kruse and great-niece, Lucianne Kruse; along with many dear friends. Burial will be September 1, 2018 in the Barkley Cemetery, New London, Mo. Celebration of Life ceremonies and refreshments will be held on September 2, 2018, 11:00 am at the Heritage of Hawk Ridge Clubhouse, 225 Pigeon Drive, Lake St. Louis, MO. 63367. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
