Obituary
Loretta Ann Seabaugh, nee Phifer of Lake St. Louis, Missouri passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at the age of 50 years. She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Seabaugh of O’Fallon, MO; significant other, Richard Williams of Lake St. Louis and his children, Dawn Van Hulle and Robin Williams both of Michigan; her daughter’s father, Mike Seabaugh of O’Fallon; four brothers, Dwayne Phifer, Danny Phifer, David Phifer, and Darwin Phifer. She was preceded in death by her parents; William Phifer and Delores Phifer, nee Hurst; and one brother, Darryl Phifer. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2019, 10:00 am at Mount Zion Cemetery in O’Fallon, MO. Loretta will be missed by all who knew and loved her. The family was served by the Pitman Funeral Home in Wentzville.
