 Lawrence (Larry) Coell Turnbough of Davisville, Missouri passed away Monday, January 20, 2014 at Gibbs Care Center at the age of 83 years, 5 months and 8 days. He was born August 12, 1930 at Davisville, Missouri to Emery and Litha Martin Turnbough. Lawrence attended Davisville Grade School and helped his dad who had a garage and service station.  He later left for St. Louis and worked for Hussman Refrigerator and Southwest Steel for many years and retired in 1996. He met Bonnie (Earney) Stephens in September 1986. They were married on November 22, 2004 and enjoyed twenty-eight years together.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, yardwork, listening to music, watching Cardinal games and traveling. Lawrence was a collector of Hot Wheels, toy cars, trucks and Coca Cola items. He loved attending church at Davisville Assembly of God when his health permitted.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie of Davisville, MO; his son, Lawrence (Sonny) Turnbough and wife Sharon of Cherryville, MO and daughter, Terri Jaycox and husband Russell of Potosi, MO; step-daughters, Pamela Stephens and husband Mike Westermayer of Robertsville, MO, Louise Wideman of Fenton, MO, Pat Liscomb and husband Charles of Pacific, MO and Almaretta Farrar of Salem, MO; step-son, Michael Stephens and wife Jennifer of Pleasant Hill, MO; many grandchildren, great-grandchilidren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Rosalene Turnbough of Davisville, MO and Dorothy Pierce of St. Louis, MO; brother, Ellis Turnbough and wife Dawn of Davisville, MO; sisters in-law, Mary Turnbough of Cuba, MO and Pearl Stites and husband Cecil of Steelville, MO; brothers in-law, Dale Welker and wife Virgie of Potosi, MO and Lawrence Earney of Steelville, MO; special aunt, Lillie Murray of Waynesville, MO; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Emery and Litha Turnbough; his son, David Turnbough; three brothers, Roy Turnbough and wife Helen, Richard Turnbough and Troy Turnbough; sisters, Bonnie Turnbough Welker and infant Geraldine Turnbough; brothers in-law, Leahman Pierce and Jake Turnbough; stepson, Jesse Clements; and stepsons in-law, Cliff Wideman and Gene Farrar.

The Family received friends from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Honored to be casket bearers were Richie Turnbough, Ellis T. Turnbough, Greg Turnbough, Chris Turnbough, Scott Stephens and Ryan Weaver.
