Kyla (Lizard) Olivia Kostrzewski, 3, of Warren, MN, passed away on Friday morning, January 16, 2009 at her home.
Kyla Olivia was born on September 3, 2005 in Mobile, Alabama. When she was three months, she was adopted by Traci and Robert Kostrzewski.
Loving family members include her parents, Traci(Maurstad) Kostrzewski (Paul Haukebo) of Warren, MN and Robert Kostrzewski of Minneapolis, MN; siblings, Lucas, Cortney, Cody, Dawson, Retten and Tyson Kostrzewski all of Warren, MN; grandparents, Herb(Papa) and Jackie Maurstad and August and Jewel Kostrzewski and special,dearly loved family friend Stacey (Johnson) Wentz along with many other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her aunt, Sara Marie Maurstad; great-grandparents, William and Ruth Johnke, Maurice and Irene Maurstad, Harry and Florence Przybylski and Emelia and John Kostrzewski .
