John Adam King of St. James, Mo. passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013 at his home in St. James. John King was 51 years, 6 months, and 20 days of age.

John King was born on December 6, 1961 in Rolla, Mo, to his parents: Wilbur Dean and Mary(Mihlfeld) King.

John worked for the family business the King Modernization for several years. He also was a carpenter and did home repair. John loved anything outdoors. He loved fishing, hunting, gardening. John was a talented person and spent many hours drawing. He enjoyed photography and had taken many pictures. John was an outgoing person and was well known in his neighborhood. John was a member of the First Baptist Church.

John King was first united in marriage to Priscilla Doyle and to this union Christina was born. John then married Cathy Meese and to this union Adam was born.

John is survived by his mother; Mary (Mihlfeld) King of St. James; one son: John Adam King Jr. of St. James, Mo and one daughter: Christina Harding and husband Larry of Cuba, and one special granddaughter: Kyra, and one brother: Roy King and wife Sherrie of St. James, Mo.; two sisters: Geneva Cummins of Nevada, Mo.; and Angela Eshenroder and husband Jim of Camdenton, Mo, beloved nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Preceding John King in death is his father Wilbur Dean King and wife: Cathy (Meese) King and one brother-in-law: Bob Cummins.
