Obituary
Joan Carol Smith nee Eickmeyer passed away on October 24, 2018 at the age of 81. She was the beloved wife of William Smith; She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Shocklee of Lake Saint Louis, MO; three sons, Timothy A. Smith, Michael D. Smith, Jeffrey W. (Kristene) Smith; three grandsons, Tully, Cavan and Ian Smith; two granddaughters, Elizabeth (Tim) Meyers, Katherine Shocklee; She is preceded in death by her father, George F. Eickmeyer, mother, Emma B. Eickmeyer nee Marquart, husband, William D. Smith, son, Thomas E. Smith, brothers, Joseph Eickmeyer, Thomas Eickmeyer, John Dean Eickmeyer. Joan enjoyed pretty things and loved shopping to find them. Her hobbies included jigsaw puzzles, bingo and playing cards. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
