Jim A. Taylor, age 83, of Ionia passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. Jim was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, serving four years in the Mediterranean. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt, playing euchre, and was a past President of the Union while working for the Brown Corporation in Ionia. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathy Taylor. Surviving are his daughters, Jill (Scott) Erridge and Judy Taylor; grandchildren, Travis (Bonnie) Griswold, Kasandra Griswold, and Allison (Martin) Lopez; great-grandchildren, Cheyenne, Ulyssia, Brayden, and Landon.
