Jerome “Jerry” Bergeron passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at the Good Samaritan Center in Warren, MN at the age of 70.

Jerome M. Bergeron was born on January 14, 1933 in Argyle, MN, the son of Peter and Eugenie (Riopelle) Bergeron. He spent his early years in Argyle and he graduated from NW School of Agriculture in Crookston, MN. Jerome served in the US Army during the Korean War. On January 17, 1956, he was united in marriage to Eleanor Narlock in Warsaw, ND. They lived in Long Beach, CA and San Bernardino, CA before moving to Santa Rosa, CA in 1967. He attended Long Beach State Commerce College. Jerome was employed by the State of California as a Tax Administrator for thirty-seven years. They moved to Warren in 2001.

He enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing and playing cards and horse shoes with his friends. Jerry had a great love for his family, especially his grandkids.

Left to mourn his passing are his wife, Eleanor, son, Brad Bergeron of Stockton, CA and two daughters, Patrice (Patrick) Quadrel of Fort Collins, CO and Paulette (Scott) Klingbeil of Ukiah, CA. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Michael, Petey, Katie and Peter; sister, Arlene of Colorado Springs, CO and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, LeRoy, Edwin and Lloyd.
