Bates of North Little Rock, Arkansas; nephew: John Forrest Yancey III; and nieces: Carole Lynn Crespo and husband Willie; Tammy Gorbet and husband Greg; Teresa A. Hargett and husband Dr. John Hargett.
Mr. Yancey loved his family, his wife of 45 years and his daughter, who was the sparkle of his eye.
